EVM Home Improvement offers residential and commercial home improvement services throughout Massachusetts, which may include, but are not limited to: Interior and Exterior Painting, Remodeling and Renovations, Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeling, Carpentry and Framing, Flooring Installation, Decking and Fencing, and Power Washing. All services are subject to written agreements and availability in our service areas.
Estimates and Payments
All pricing provided is subject to change based on project scope, materials, and labor requirements. Estimates are free and valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. A signed agreement and deposit are required before work begins. Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to halt work or charge additional fees if unforeseen conditions arise, such as hidden structural issues, water damage, or other concealed conditions discovered during the project.
Cancellations and Refunds
Clients may cancel projects prior to the scheduled start date. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the timing of cancellation and any materials already purchased. Refunds for incomplete or unsatisfactory work will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide site access, accurate project information, and any necessary approvals. Delays caused by the client, such as an inaccessible site, unapproved changes, or changes to the scope of work, may affect the project timeline and final cost.
Warranties
EVM Home Improvement stands behind the quality of its work. Workmanship warranties, where offered, will be specified in your written project agreement. Manufacturer warranties on materials and products are subject to the terms of the respective manufacturer.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is the property of EVM Home Improvement and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
EVM Home Improvement is not liable for damages caused by weather, pests, or other natural events; pre-existing or concealed conditions on the property; delays due to permitting, inspections, or client inaction; or damage to underground utilities or in-wall systems not properly marked or disclosed before work began.
